Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the investments team. Together, you will analyze markets, technologies, intended impact, business plans, and revenue models. Additionally, you will conduct financial analyses, create financial models, and think about financing structures.
- You will participate in conversations with (potential) partners, prepare for these meetings, and document the discussions. This way, you will quickly become familiar with innovative entrepreneurs, societal transitions, and impact- and financing-related issues.
- You will engage in market research and deal sourcing, i.e., searching for companies active in the Energy Transition, Food Transition or Health Efficiency
- Gradually, you will take on more responsibility and have the opportunity to grow within the organization.
- Conduct in-depth research aligned with our investment themes, helping us identify the most promising companies. This could involve desk research, attending conferences, connecting with experts in the field, and engaging directly with companies.

Requirements:
You are a driven and curious individual with a passion for sustainability and innovation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to contribute to high-level investment decisions.
You have:
- A near-completion master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Technology. (For candidates with a technology background, some experience in business or finance is required.)
- A genuine interest in technology and its role in the climate transition
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in a start-up, scale-up, or an investment fund is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
